The Stables Guesthouse is a beautifully
restored Victorian home set in the heart of historic Gulgong. We have 5
beautifully appointed bedrooms which each contain a double or queen size
bed. We have both ensuite facilities and shared facilities available,
depending on which room you choose to stay in. The house is set in
beautiful gardens which make you feel a million miles away from the 21st
century and invite you to relax and enjoy a peaceful break from the
hustle & bustle of today's hectic world.
There is a pool for those hot summer days and a roaring open fireplace
for cold winters nights, so in any weather you can enjoy a quiet drink
in a lovely location.
We are located only 20mins from all of Mudgee's wonderful wineries and a
wine tour can be arranged on request. There are many fine places to eat
in Gulgong and all within 5 minutes walk of our Guesthouse. There are 4
hotels in town, all within walking distance.
Dinner can be catered for on request and you can choose from 2, 3, or 4
courses. The meals are generous and tasty home cooked delights. Our
breakfasts include fruit salad, croissants, cereal & a full hot
breakfast......fantastic!!
