We are a Motel, with Eight rooms, and Four self contained
Apartments. We can provide a continental breakfast @ $5.00
per head or a cooked breakfast,from $6.00 - $10.00
depending on what is ordered.We are 7 km out of town of
Mount Gambier on the road to Nelson. Situated on 12 acres
of land and gardens, with ample parking behind the rooms (
out of sight from the road ) & space from trailers and
vans. There are facilities of a laundry,( sm fee to cover
costs) BBQ under cover, guest kitchen. Being out of town
we tend to be quieter than in town, but still close enough
for all the attractions and shops. The tariff ranges from
one person in a Motel room, @$74.00 room only. $79.00 for
two people in one queen bed. $89.00 for two people in two
beds per room. $10.00 fro extras after this. In the
Apartments $140.00 for two people in one queen bed.
$150.00 for two beds. $160.00 for four people sharing an
Apartment. Total people fitting with two or four per room
28 people. Extra beds can be added but limited, and not
generally advised. The Barn Steakhouse in next door for
evening meals. Tables can be reserved if required. We
currently obtain dial up for internet access, Broadband is
a couple of months away. All linen & towels, shampoo &
soap are provided. and
