Schloss Ernegg is an incredibly beautiful and romantic castle, an ideal venue
for special celebrations such as weddings, private parties and groups, as well
as concerts, business meetings or simply a retreat to relax and escape to.
The Castle, dating back well over 1000 years, consists of a banqueting hall, two
large salons, a dining room with castle terrace and bar, as well as a stunning
arcaded courtyard and many other smaller rooms of interest.
The small castle chapel is lovely for traditional weddings or alternatively the
beautiful renaissance courtyard or the romantic terrace.
The joy of Schloss Ernegg is that it can be exclusively hired and therefore you,
your family and all your friends can celebrate in privacy.
Accommodation is divided into suites and rooms which are all spacious and
comfortable with their own individual look and feel, uniquely furnished with
antiques and charm. The Castle sleeps up to 85 people and further accommodation
is available in the castles Gartnerhaus, Meyerhof or Laffelberghaus. Should your
party be larger than 100 people we will happily organize additional rooms
locally.
At Schloss Ernegg we have our own in house caterers who constantly produce
delicious food and have prepared a variety of buffet menus for you to choose
from. They are happy to cater for as many as 200 people.
Our experienced events managers would welcome the opportunity of showing you
round Schloss Ernegg and are well practiced in organizing all aspect of an
event. They will help you organize the most perfect stay for you and see that
your every wish is achieved.
Close to the castle (about 1,5 km) is our village called
Steinakirchen where are all the necessary shops. Further there are shops in the
villages Purgstall and the town Wieselburg which are about 10 minutes from the
castle.
