From our completely remodeled flat,
located in an 1890' building in the heart of Budapest, you
can easily walk to most everything you may want to see. When
you need it - the public transportation system is
outstanding and easy to access from Astoria subway stop just
one block away.
Bus Tour: the hop-on hop-off bus can be
boarded at the Great Synagogue 50 meters away. You pay the
driver.
The other tour bus starts at Andrassy ut, just past Deák
Ferenc tér (Square), a 10 minute walk.
Languages spoken: Fluent in English &
Hungarian, some Russian and Spanish
Our beds are comfortable and have fine
quality cotton and lyocell sheets and pillow cases, down
comforters and nice plump pillows. When a chill is in the
air, you will appreciate the towel warmers in the bathrooms.
All year long you will enjoy our fluffy towels and central
hot water system.
All rooms have free high speed wireless
internet if you bring your laptop. Or you can share our Mac
with Skype, so you can make free internet phone calls to
other computers that are so enabled. LCD flat screen TV in
all rooms with cable channels in English, German, French,
Spanish, Italian, Greek and Russian. There is a full size
refrigerator/freezer for guests shared use in the hallway.
We have maps and brochures and will give
you all the directions and help you need. The building has
an elevator so you don’t need to struggle with your luggage
on the stairs.
