How do I make
payment?
Payment can be made by Cheque or by Credit or Debit Card via Paypal (www.paypal.com),
Please click here to pay by paypal. Cheques, Bankers Drafts and Postal Orders must be made payable to
Hartside.com . Cheques which are made out incorrectly will be returned.
When do I make
Payment?
Payment must be made by the due date on your invoice or subscription renewal notice, which is set to
no less than 21
days after the date of invoice.
Pre-payment option is available for new registrations only, at the point of
registration. Pre-payments are accepted via paypal only.
Which currency
do I pay in?
Unless you specify otherwise on the registration form, we will invoice you in
the currency of the country of accommodation*. We accept the following currencies
by Paypal or Cheque.
- Euro (EUR)
- Pounds Sterling (GBP)
- US Dollars (USD)
- Canadian Dollars (CAD)
- Australian Dollars (AUD)
- New Zealand Dollars (NZD)
*With the exception of South Africa, where properties will be invoiced in £
Pounds Sterling.
How
will my account renewal be handled?
We will send out a notification of renewal within 30 days of your
subscription expiry. Thereafter we will send out a renewal invoice, which must
be paid by the due date specified on your invoice.
Why haven't I received a discount on my renewal
subscription?
If you made your payment by the due date of your prior invoice, you will
receive a discount on your forthcoming years invoice. If you received a discount
on your 2008 invoice, but not on your 2009 invoice, this is because payment was
received by us more than 1 day after your due date. To receive a discount on
your 20010/11 subscription, we must receive your 2009
payment by the due date. Please ensure you allow up to 2 working days for postal payments within the UK,
4 days for Europe and 5 days for USA & Australia.
I have sent payment but received a late payment email -
what should I do?
It is possible your cheque is on it's way. Please email us to let us know it
is coming! If you have not sent payment, please let us know how you are going to
pay.
I can not make the due date but wish to keep my listing -
what should I do?
Please email us to let us know, we can in certain circumstances extend the
due date by 14 to 21 days.
I
want to pay in a different currency...
You are welcome to pay your invoice in Euro, Australian Dollars, US Dollars
and UK Pounds Sterling. The following rates apply.
Prices from March 25th 2008; these prices are subject to change as we
periodically check exchange rates.

These rates are fixed rates and will not be adjusted to reflect any daily
exchange rate changes.
I
would like my invoice sent by post.
From September 1st 2006. All correspondence will be sent by email. If you
prefer your invoices to be sent by post. There is an additional charge of £1.50
per annum. Please email us to arrange this.

Why has my ad format changed?
We
are currently updating Bike Stay with a new look. This is being integrated by
country/region/county. The new format is easier to read, and includes the Bike
Stay Grading information.
Why are some of the layouts different?
We are upgrading our layout, please see the details above. We have two
formats for adverts. Standard and Photo.
What is the
Bike Stay grading system?
Accommodations will be awarded points for the number of
facilities for motorcyclists. Each link is worth 20 points in our grading system
and up to 5 links may be awarded to any establishment within the directory.
