 CHÂTEAU
DE SOMBRUN is situated at the crossroads of Bigorre, Bearn
and Armagnac areas, in the heart of Madiran country and on
the trail of St. Jacques de Compostelle (the route of the
pilgrims). Château Sombrun offers an exceptionally high
standard of comfort and caters for the eccentric as well as
those who are seeking tranquillity.
There are five spacious guestrooms stylishly furnished with
French antiques, each with en suite bathrooms. All of our
guestrooms have tea and coffee making facilities and
overlook the beautiful landscaped grounds of the Château,
and some with views of the pyrenees.

is situated 2kms. from Maubourguet in the Hautes-Pyrenees,
not far from the main road linking Bordeaux with Tarbes,
near the regions of Gers (the heart of Gascony with it's
fortified hilltop towns,) Armagnac, Atlantic Pyrenees
and Landes
