June 2009

Stayed here for four nights in May 2009, toured the area on our motorbikes-Fantastic Roads. This accommodation is one of the best places we have ever stayed: the hosts, the food, the standard of rooms and the location, all just brilliant.

Think very carefully about booking elsewhere. Rated 10/10.

After decending the mountains in the pouring rain to have a warm welcome and a cold beer was brilliant. We where made most welcome and it felt like a home from home (only with better views). I would make the trip again just for another bowl of pepper/lime soup.

Great stay, great value for money and very hospitable. The owners are particularly friendly and helpful and Ron is himself a biker so undertands what to do when you arrive soaking wet after a sudden downpoar!

What an amazing welcome at Chalet le Chapeau Bleu. Great hosts, incredibly friendly and providing some amazing food.

there were 8 of us on this trip and we stayed in 10 different accomodations, all of us agreed that Chalet Le Capeau Bleu was the highlight of the tour. I will be returning.
