Private Email Addresses / Hotmail Accounts
If your primary email address, supplied on your registration form, is a hotmail account, you will need to supply
us with a secondary email address which we may use to contact you.
Over the last 12 months, the delivery and receipt of emails via hotmail is
sporadic and therefore we can not guarantee receipt of any mails YOU send us,
or that WE send you.
All attempts by our service provider to rectify this intermittent issue
with hotmail have been unsuccessful. Delivery and receipt by us or from us
appears to be a 'with any luck it'll reach you'.
Your private email address will not be published on site, but will be used
by us to inform you about your account with us.
If you DO not have a second or private email account, or if you emails are
forwarded to a hotmail account. We will have to issue account notifications,
invoices and receipts by post.
As of September 1st 2006 a surcharge has been introduced for postal
invoicing. This reflects the increase in postal fees and costs incurred for
creating post!
Where possible, we would like to save resources! We do recycle all our printer
cartridges, we do where applicable recycle paper, and all postage stamps are
given to Charity to raise funds (Guide Dogs for the Blind).
Surcharges are as follows :-
- Postal Invoicing + £1.50 per annum.
- Returned Cheques + £3.00 processing fee + bank charges as
applicable.
