Mountain View is a family run B&B on the Cork/Kerry border.
We are an ideal base for touring the SW of Ireland being
centrally located for Killarney (25 miles), Tralee (34
miles) and Cork (50 miles). Single night stop overs welcome.
Newmarket (2.5 miles) is a small town with
the usual array of shops, several pubs, a couple of fast
food cafes and a good Chinese restaurant (other food served
as well). Lovely walks in the nearby mountains, forests and
along the local rivers.
ACCOMMODATION: We have 2 spacious en-suite
rooms which both offer scenic countryside views; one
groundfloor with a king-size bed and an upstairs room with 3
single beds. A guest bed can be utilised if required to
sleep 6 in total. Colour TV, wardrobes, dressing table,
hairdryer and hospitality tray provided as standard.
Choice of breakfasts served 8-10am in our
large kitchen overlooking a koi carp pool. Vegetarian/soya
options available - we have our own free range hens and
ducks who provide all our eggs.
Children and pets most welcome. Broadband
internet access (small charge). Evening meal and packed
lunches available if required (by prior arrangement only).
