The two 18th century traditional stone farmhouses of Tenuta
Savorgnano are set amongst peaceful wooded hills near the Casentino
National Park in the small hamlet of Savorgnano, close to Anghiari.
They share large private gardens with a good sized swimming pool,
seating areas and off-road parking. The property is located less
than 100m from the road along a well-maintained lane.
The English speaking owners are on-hand for help
and local information. Tenuta Savorgnano B&B. With its traditional
chestnut beams and character stone walls the main house has three
B&B rooms – simple yet comfortable with traditional furniture and
en-suite bath or shower. Make your own tea or coffee any time and
relax in the first floor sitting room or in the shade of the
adjacent loggia.
La Botteghina Apartments. Across the courtyard the
smaller house comprises three independent self-catering apartments,
each with its own dining kitchen, shower room and large bedroom. A
complimentary welcome hamper is included for guests staying in the
apartments for a full week. Tenuta Savorgnano is on the southern
edge of the Casentino National Park, an area of natural beauty and
dramatic wooded hills close to the medieval splendour of Anghiari
Our central Tuscany location, close to the border
with Umbria means that places like Cortona, Gubbio, Assisi, Orvieto
& Lake Trasimeno are easily accessible. A little further afield day
trips to Siena, Montalcino, Pienza, San Gimignano & the vibrant
Urbino are possibilities and Florence is only 73km away. The fast
train from Arezzo takes only an hour and ten minutes to Rome.

confine Tosco-Umbro La Tenuta Savorgnano e' un'ottima base per
eplorare Toscana ed Umbria: Firenze, Siena, Assisi, Perugia, Cortona,
Gubbio, Urbino, Orvieto, Lago Trasimeno ed il Chianti sono tutte
mete ideali per gite di un giorno.
Anche Roma e' raggiungibile in 1 ora e 9 minuti da
Arezzo con il treno veloce 'Freccia Rossa'.
Il Casale principale ospita tre camere del B&B
ognuna delle quali dotata di bagno privato. C'e' una cucinetta per
prepararvi te' o caffe', ed un bar self-service con bevande fredde,
birra e vino. Il Casale piu' piccola e'suddiviso in tre appartamenti
indipendenti, ognuno fornita di cucina-pranzo, bagno con doccia ed
una ampia camera da letto. Un pacchetto di benvenuto e' incluso per
gli ospiti che soggiornano per una settimana intera. Tutti gli
ospiti possono usufruire della grande piscina (12m. x 6m.) e
dell'ampio parcheggio privato.
