Surrounded by the green Umbrian countryside, only 8 km
from the centre of Perugia and 15 km from the mystical
Assisi, you’ll find the Hotel Vega: our hotel is located
on the plains below of Perugia, near the village of
Ponte Valleceppi (E45 motorway exit Ponte Valleceppi).
This central position makes it ideal for commuting to
work or for visiting the most important cities in
Umbria, such as Perugia, Assisi, Todi or Gubbio.
The
Hotel Vega is easily reachable either from the north or
from the south of Italy. It is close to the E45 highway,
that links up with the Cesena to Rome route, and
therefore to the other main communication routes. Hotel
Vega has a large enclosed parking lot, reserved for
guests, and a garage for bike storage.
 Hotel vega is
surrounded by about 2 hectares of land, adorned with
various plants, shrubs and trees and in the centre
there’s a swimming pool, open from June till September.
In the hotel’s foyer, recently renovated, furnished and
air conditioned, there’s a bar, where guests can relax
and take an aperitif before dinner after working or
sightseeing. The hotel is double storeyed with 40
different and comfortable rooms. In addition to single
and double rooms (twin or double bedded) we also have
big triple and fourbedded rooms, ideal for families.
Every room is with bathroom (WC/shower), TV-satellite,
telephone, air conditioned and parquet floor. Each room
has got floorheating.
The restaurant-pizzeria Pegaso is
managed by the same owner of the hotel and carefully
supervised by the director Mrs. Ivana Mariani,
professional sommelier and passionately fond of cooking
and confectionery. The restaurant proposes both local
recipes and creative cooking, the whole matched with
regional and national wines from our assorted cellar.
The menu changes periodically by offering to the guests
season’s dishes and by aiming at the quality of the
products and the raw materials, such as the meat,
strictly Umbrian, the home-made noodles and the fresh
vegetables. With great attention is controlled the diet
of people with celiac disease (intolerance to the
gluten). The buffet-breakfast is served in a proper
room.
Il VEGA HOTEL sorge nel verde della campagna umbra a
circa 8 km da Perugia e a 15 da Assisi. Una posizione
centrale, ideale per chi deve spostarsi per lavoro, così
come per chi desidera visitare i centri turistici umbri
di maggior interesse. L'hotel dispone di 40 camere di
diverse tipologie. Ogni stanza è fornita di servizi
privati, tv satellitare, telefono, climatizzatore,
parquet e riscaldamento a pavimento. A far da cornice
all'intera struttura è un ampio parco di quasi 2 ettari,
abbellito da piante e arbusti di essenze varie, al
centro del quale si trova la nostra piscina, aperta da
giugno a settembre.
Il Ristorante Pizzeria Pegaso,
gestito dagli stessi proprietari dell'hotel, propone sia
ricette locali che di cucina creativa, il tutto abbinato
con vini nazionali e soprattutto regionali. Il menù
varia periodicamente puntando su piatti di stagione,
carni umbre, paste fatte in casa e verdure fresche.
Il Ristorante Pizzeria Pegaso è un locale autorizzato
dall'AIC (Associazione Italiana Celiachia) alla
somministrazione di cibi per persone celiache, le quali
possono scegliere le pietanze senza glutine da un ampio
menù. A disposizione degli ospiti è un comodo parcheggio
recintato e la possibilità di noleggiare biciclette per
bellissime passeggiate nei dintorni dell'hotel. A
disposizione dei motociclisti, oltre al nostro
parcheggio, un ampio garage e consigli su diversi
itinerari mototuristici in Umbria.
