 Each Waldorf Serviced Apartment or Apartment Hotel includes:

a high rise or apartment building in sight, City Garden
Lodge Backpackers has the city's finest restaurants, cafes,

Next door to Auckland's largest city park with its museum
and twice daily Maori concert performances—and with "Vector
Arena" Auckland's newest concert venue and sports stadium
just 20 minutes walk away.
Originally built for the Queen of Tonga as

We have two fully self-contained apartments. The larger
apartment has a main bedroom with a queen bed and a smaller
bedroom with twin single beds. The bathroom has a bath and a
separate shower. The two bedrooms open on to a closed porch
in which there is a third single bed. Access to the bathroom
from the bedrooms is through this porch.
The large one-bedroomed apartment has
queen and single beds. The bathroom is en suite – it has a
large shower but no bath. Either apartment has room to add a
folding bed to the bedroom to increase capacity. Both
apartments have full digital SKY TV, DVD player, security
and fire alarms and a telephone for free local calls
including dial-up access to an ISP. We also offer guests
with laptops free wifi broadband or those without free
access to our computer to check email and to our fax and
photocopier.
Both apartments are well equipped
including full kitchen, dishwasher and clothes washer and
dryer. They are warm and sunny but have good heating for
cold spells.
Each of our three apartments has its own
walled courtyard and separate entrances. We live in one
apartment. The great thing about Lillington Villa is that we
are handy to give you advice or assistance as requested but
you can be as private as you want in your own apartment. A
lockup garage is included with each apartment.
We have travelled widely and know the
importance of finding a home away from home. That is what
our guests tell us we provide. We are always happy to help
guests find their way around Auckland or New Zealand.
Lillington Villa is very centrally placed
– about 10 minutes by bike from the centre of the city. We
have good shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The property is a small lifestyle block set 300 metres off a very quiet
road, on the edge of Auckland City. It is 3 mins from the south/north
motorway, and 2 mins walking distance from convenience stores,inc
butcher, green grocer, chemist, P.O, service station, takeaways and good
restaurants.
We have two fully self-contained,air conditioned
apartments, which both have their own entranceways. Unit one can either
be a one-bedroomed apartment or incorporate a second bedroom and can
sleep up to seven. It has its own fully self contained kitchen and its
own bathroom/toilet. Unit two consists of a queen bed and a set of
bunks(sleeps up to four) and also has its own fully equipped kitchen and
a separate bathroom/toilet. Either apartment has room to add a folding
bed to the bedroom to increase capacity. Both apartments have TV, DVD
player, security and fire alarms and use of free WiFi. There is shared
laundry facilities and a substantial deck with the use of good BBQ
facilities available.
We will do B&B and other meals by request. We have
travelled widely and know the importance of finding a home away from
home. That is what our guests tell us we provide. We are always happy to
help guests find their way around Auckland or New Zealand.
