We welcome registration from Hotels, Guest Houses, Bed and
Breakfast, Camping Sites, Holiday Parks and Hostels, to be
included in the directory.
Registration Periods are for a term of 12 months (unless otherwise
specified by prior offer), and are renewable at the end of your subscription
period in per annum terms. Pre-payment discounts are available via paypal
payments only after submission of registration.

STANDARD LISTING
This is our most popular type of advert and is a a very affordable way to
advertise your accommodation.
Text entries consist of all your contact
details, email and website link and up to 300 words to describe your
accommodation.

PHOTO LISTING
A Standard Plus entry includes your company logo and a single product
photograph as well as all your contact details, email, website link and
up to 300 words to describe your business.
These are attractive on the page and precede text entries.

PAGE LISTING
Includes a photo entry on the main town page, with an additional single page
'portal' to your website. This page includes up to 4 photographs, 400 words
and a quick enquiry form.
Page entries precede photo and text entries on the individual town pages.

listing on Bike Stay. Payment must be made within 30 days of registration.
However, If you choose to pay online today with Paypal, you can benefit from a
reduced subscription fee.

Our users vary in age and style of riding, so in order to help
cater for all variety of motorcycle enthusiasts, we are
currently accepting registrations from all types accommodation providers with
suitable facilities and most importantly secure overnight parking.
Parking facilities for both trailers and vans is ideal, but more so is secure
off road parking for motorcycles, covered areas, garages or at the bare minimum
parking away from the main road (rear access to properties, or car parks away
from road view).
Facilities that are of great use in Self Catering
accommodation are essentially bed linen provided (due to the small amount of
luggage space on a motorcycle). Extras such as supplying
basic toiletries (shampoo/soap), laundry/ironing facilities, good storage space
for motorcycle clothing and luggage are ideal.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars unless otherwise marked.
You will not be required to
send payment until your advertisement is on site and you have received your
invoice. A pre-payment option is available, with a discount if you choose to
pay online at the time of registration.
STANDARD ENTRY
A standard listing is the minimum entry requirement for a listing
within the Bike-Stay Directory.
These entries consist of all your contact details, email and website link and up
to 250 words in details to describe your accommodation. Presented in a
standardised tabular format.
Price: $60.00 per year
Entry Upgrades
'Add-on' the additional features if required.

ADD PHOTO + $30.00
Add your photograph and company logo and enjoy a customised colour
advertisement. Photo Listings pre-cede any text entries on the page.
Price: An
Additional $40.00 per year.
ADD BOOKING ENQUIRY FORM + $10
If you do not wish to have your email address published on site, or wish to
have information collected and sent to you in a standardised format, you can
select to have a custom booking enquiry form where your email address would NOT
be shown.

If you do not have a website or wish to provide further information on your
listing, an additional page advert is ideal. This page includes up to 4
photographs, 600 words and a quick enquiry form and link to your website. This
portal page is submitted to major search engines increasing your search
potential. Page entries precede photo and text entries on the individual town
pages.
