Kulnine is a large elegantly furnished Homestead, which has
been sympathetically renovated to provide the highest
standards and comforts you would expect from a luxury
accommodation. Set in eight acres of established parklike
grounds and gardens, the Homestead is nestled in the Kekerengu
Valley and cradled beneath the inner Kaikoura Mountains to the
shores of the Pacific Ocean creating a unique, tranquil and
private setting.
The Homestead offers two large double
bedrooms with bedsteads, and both have ensuites, with only the
highest quality linen and furnishings used to compliment the
gracious Homestead.
The Cottage is fully selfcontained and
accommodates four people with all breakfast provisions
provided. Set in an olive grove with wide views and access to
the Kekerengu river and the Pacific Ocean.
The property is ideally located on the
Kaikoura Coast halfway between the Marlborough vineyards, and
the acclaimed whale,seal and dolphin watching in Kaikoura.
There are many local nature walks, hikes and trails.
We have a family of black faced petting
sheep who enjoy being hand fed.
