Hotel Bandolero is a
small rural hotel and restaurant located at the entrance of
a tiny, charming white village surrounded by stunning
mountain scenery. The village of Júzcar is one of seven
white villages in the Alto Genal, an undeveloped & naturally
beautiful area that has recently come to the notice of
tourists, located in the Serrania de Ronda in Málaga
province. For this reason it remains unspoiled, traditional
and therefore of great interest to the discerning tourist
who is looking for an authentic experience away from the
crowded coasts.
Owners David Nuyen
(originally from New York City) and Iván Sastre Pascual
(originally from Ávila in central Spain) relocated to this
small corner of Spain from London in 2004 to fulfil a dream
of running their own business in the hostelry industry. The
hotel was originally opened in 2001 and is constructed in a
rustic style with the creature comforts of country living.
The restaurant, La Bodega del Bandolero, offers Spanish
mountain country cuisine while the bar, El Bar de El
Tempranillo, offers homemade tapas. Enjoy the mountain and
valley views while sipping a beer or tinto verano from the
hotel's terrace. Bienvenidos!
