Terms and Conditions of Advertising
BIKE STAY is owned and
managed by Hartside.com
Bike Stay is an accommodation directory service. All enquiries and bookings are
made directly to the advertisers and no liability will be taken for misuse of
any contracts entered into between our users and advertisers.
Hartside.com takes no
responsibility for handling bookings or enquiries and these are the sole
responsibility of the advertiser. Subscriptions are liable to a set fee for a
set term of 12 months, unless by any offer or discount we may offer at our
discretion. We do not take a booking or referral fee from our advertisers or
users per booking made.
hartside.com and it's employees disclaim and exclude to the fullest extent
permitted by law all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever arising in
tort, contract, equity or otherwise and arising out of or in relation to your
use of or inability to use the Website.
hartside.com will endeavour to maintain the directory and make all notified
changes and updates within 7 days, and to make urgent changes within 24 hours.
Directory Subscriptions
By completing and submitting a registration, you are agreeing to subscribe to
the Bike Stay directory for a minimum term of 12 months, with a minimum
subscription of a STANDARD Entry, you agree to pay the amount due within 21 days
of your details being published on site.
By submitting the registration, your details will be added to our directory at
the appropriate scheduled site update.
Payment
You will be invoiced for payment within 14 days of your details being published
on site.
Payment must be made within 21 days of the date of invoice. If payment is
received later than 30 days after the due date we reserve the right to charge
you an additional processing fee, and after 36 days remove your details from
site until payment has been made.
Payment is accepted in UK Pounds Sterling, Euro, US Dollars and Australian
Dollars, by Bank Transfer, Cheque, Postal Order, Bankers Draft and online by
Debit or Credit card via Paypal.
At the end of your subscription period, you will receive a renewal notice and
invoice for the forthcoming year, should you wish not to renew for another year,
please let us know.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription within 30 days of the date of publication at
Hartside.com.
Cancellation must be received in writing, either by post, telephone or by email
to register@hartside.com and will incur no charge.
Should you wish to cancel after 30 days from the date of publication, you may be
liable to pay the minimum subscription charge, regardless of any add-ons.
Information Supplied
Hartside.com will take no responsibility for publishing incorrect information
which you have submitted via this form. Please notify us at the earliest
opportunity if there has been an error in your submitted details, we do
endeavour to correct any spelling mistakes and punctuation.
All the contact information requested on on-line forms is used to gather
information required to process your registration, and all details aside from
By submitting photographs you should be aware that there are no copyright or
ownership restrictions other than your own. You must agree that you know not of
any copyright restrictions on submitted photographs and images. Any photographs
that you send, you agree that we may publish them on our website. Should a
copyright infringement be brought to our attention we will remove the imagery
until the conflict has been resolved or replacement provided.
hartside.com will accept no responsibility for errors/omissions or incorrect
information in individual advertisements. Advertisers agree upon submission of
their registration that information is correct at the time of submission, and to
contact hartside.com with any changes to details or circumstances which may
affect the accuracy of published information.
Privacy
We will not provide Contact name and Invoice Address on to any third party
unless required to do so by law or unless it has been provided as part of your
description.
Accommodation address will be published (as submitted) on the website at http://www.hartside.com
and under it's portals www.bike-stay.co.uk and www.bike-stay.net we do not sell
this information on to any third party.
