A beautiful B&B, full of character over 300 years old,
situated just outside the picturesque village of
Carrbridge beneath the Monadhliath mountains. The Glebe is
centrally heated and offers 2 Double rooms, both en-suite
with tea/coffee facilities, colour television, video
player, radio alarm clock, hairdryer, pull-out single bed
and/or travel cot (if required). Plus the use of the
lounge/dining room with board games, books, videos, TV and
open fire. The house is surrounded by mature pine forest
which attracts a huge variety of wildlife including Red
Squirrels, Roe Deer and many species of birds, making this
a peaceful and relaxing place to stay.
Serving Porridge or traditional cooked
breakfast with toast, a selection of tea or coffee and a
choice of cereals, juices, fruit or yoghurts.
We are a Non-Smoking establishment,
biker friendly with off-street parking for bikes, vans,
trailers etc. Children are welcomed and we are open all
year. Jenny, Mark and Emma welcome you to their home in
the heart of the Cairngorm National Park, offering you a
warm and friendly stay.
The village of Carrbridge is
approximately 1 and a half miles away with excellent
access to the surrounding countryside, its wildlife and
many outdoor sporting activities. It is famous for its'
1717 Packhorse Bridge which crosses the River Dulnain.
There is a choice of hotels, bars, eating places and
shops. Tourist attractions include the very popular
Landmark Forest Heritage and Adventure Park. There are
many woodland walks around the village and sporting
facilities include a nine-hole golf course, outdoor
curling rink, bowling green and pony trekking centre.
Access to the Cairngorm and Lecht ski centres.
Carrbridge is on the National Cycle
Route 7 (Glasgow to Inverness.
