There are 2 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen/dining room and a
utility room with dishwasher and washer/dryer. The kitchen
has oven & hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is Central
heating. At the rear of the property is a large, enclosed
courtyard with access through double gates.
Any
vehicles parked in the courtyard are off the road and out of
sight. There is room for 2 cars or l car and trailer plus
motorcycles. With prior notice, motorcycles can be locked away
in the owners garage. Please note - no smoking and no pets.
