Set
in the south end of the Snowdonia National Park
Bikers Retreat is all about bikes. Covered parking
in a secure private car park.
Eight rooms, all en-suite, drying
rooms, gear room, licensed bar and evening meals.
Set at the foot of Cader Idris,
Bikers Retreat is ideally placed to explore the
fantastic roads and scenery that North and Mid Wales
has to offer the rider.
Both Tiv and Nigel are keen riders
and can offer first hand advice on routes, places to
stop for lunch etc. or you can join us on one of our
guided rides and let us do all the thinking, leaving
you to ride your bike without having to think about
where to stop.
All our guided rides are led by Nigel with Tiv at
back of the group, there is no pressure to ride at
any pace other than the one you are comfortable
with.
Bikers
Retreat can also provide some mechanical help,
puncture repair(wheel out and repaired from the
inside) and recovery (back to Bikers) for most types
of bike.
We can also offer assessment
rides/training for anyone who would like to consider
post-test training.
If you have room in your panniers
for a pair of walking boots then the Mawddach Trail
runs almost from the front door, one of the most
beautiful estuary walks, or a hike up Cader idris.
Or, maybe just a cold drink on the patio after a
cracking ride in stunning scenery on wonderful roads
is more like it.
