holiday home in both the town and the country.

facilities of Dumfries, with a rural outlook
over grazed fields.

equipped kitchen including double electric oven,
dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and
microwave. Use of tumble dryer if required.
One double bedroom. One twin bedroom. A single
bedroom with additional fold up-bed. Bathroom
with bath and over bath shower.
Gas central heating throughout
and instant hot water. Linen, towels, hairdryer,
basic toiletries provided. Heating and
electricity included. Exclusive use of south
west facing garden.
Paved
seating area, outlook over rolling fields,
grazed in summer by cattle and sheep.
Adjacent off road private
parking. A hose or pressure washer can be made
available. Lockable cupboard for outdoor gear,
panniers. Welcome pack provided.
The owners live next door so
are on hand to help if needed.
Other houses are close by, but not too near. You
can have your privacy, but you won't feel remote
and isolated.
Dumfries town centre a few
minutes drive or 25 minute walk. Easy drive to
choice of supermarkets, also newspaper and
convenience store a 10 minute walk. On the A710
Dumfries to New Abbey road, a great base for
exploring the local area on quiet roads popular
with motorcyclists.
Well placed for journeys
further afield, to rural attractions, the towns
of Moffat, Castle Douglas, Kirkcudbright and on
to Wigtownshire in the far west.

2012 Prices £290-£510 pw. Short breaks in low
season Jan-Mar and Nov-Dec excluding Christmas
and New Year, from £55 per night, minimum 2
nights. At other times, short breaks may be
available, minimum 3 nights, as a late booking,
within one month of stay.
