Our luxury 4star cottages have recently been converted from our farm steading and offer you the opportunity to relax in the peace and quiet of the countryside.

We are seven miles from Perth, 3 miles from the M90 and all main routes can be accessed easily from Horselea.

We have ample storage for all your luggage, space to wash/repair your motorcycle, and safe off-road parking.

Our cottages come fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and both indoor and outdoor drying areas. We provide green cleaning products for your use, and towels, electricity and a welcome pack are also included in our price.

Enjoy and evening in front of our 32" flatscreen TV with DVD player, or visit the local village for a meal in the restaurant or pub.

The Stables has twin room, and double room, shower room, bathroom, kitchen/diner and large lounge.

The grannary has twin room, double room, family room (king sized bed and day bed), showerroom, bathroom, kitchen/diner and large open-plan lounge.
