Watendlath Guest House is conveniently situated in a quiet street only minutes walk from Keswick town centre. Derwentwater, Fitz Park and many beautiful walks are all nearby.

The attractive rooms are all centrally heated have en suite shower and toilet, hair dryers, radio alarm clocks, colour T.V (both family rooms have TV with DVD) and electric blankets during the winter months.

Complimentary beverages and toiletries. In fact everything to make your holiday a home from home experience. For the comfort of all our guests we maintain a non smoking policy throughout.

Woodside is a friendly, family run Guest House set in extensive mature gardens with ample private parking. All our rooms are en-suite and for your comfort we are totally non-smoking. Ideally situated for walking, cycling and climbing we have secure cycle storage and drying facilities.
As outdoor enthusiasts ourselves we are always on hand to make suggestions where to go. Our substantial breakfasts (including homemade preserves) will set you up for the day, packed lunches can also be provided on request. Dogs are welcome by arrangement. Minimum child age 6 years

Elm Tree Lodge Guesthouse is a family run B&B situated in Keswick. We provide very high quality Bed and Breakfast and are pen on a year round basis. We have 3 en-suite and 2 standard rooms in our guesthouse so you can be assured that you will have a very exclusive stay with us.
Our rooms are very highly equipped and tastefully decorated and we provide one of the finest breakfasts to set you up for the day. We use free range eggs, locally bought produce where possible and Fairtrade products. You will not be disappointed.

All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities provided as standard, along with a television and hair dryer. There are also chests of drawers, bed side cabinets and hanging rails or hooks depending on the layout of the room.

We have off road parking and secure storage for panniers.

We are a totally non smoking establishment.
