Visit Wales 4 Star Accommodation featured in the latest edition of ‘Country Living Guide to Rural Wales’ The Cottage is a former farmhouse, in parts over four hundred years old, situated in the village of Carrog, seven miles west of Llangollen off the main A5 in beautiful Dee Valley of North Wales – a favoured route for motorcyclists.

We offer 3 en suite double/twin rooms from £33 per person per night (singles from £40 per night) with reduced rates for longer stays. Hearty breakfasts using local produce, vegetarian and coeliac diets catered for. Afternoon teas, packed lunches and light snacks are available. Evening meals can be taken in the village pub, or we offer a self cook BBQ pack for guests to enjoy in the garden.

Redundant farm buildings have been converted to create three cottages to a high standard.

The three cottages are arranged around a central courtyard and there are a 1 bed, 2 bed and 3 bed cottage.

It is easily accessible by road and is a perfect base for biking expeditions in north wales and surroundings.
