Basic toiletries provided. Linen & Towels.	The Quies Hotel is an informal, friendly, NON- SMOKING, family-run hotel with sea views, close to Newquay town centre. We are ideal base to explore Newquay and Cornwall, near to plenty of surfing beaches, golf courses and fishing lakes. The Quies Hotel has a secure indoor storage area for surfboards, golf clubs, fishing rods etc, internet access in reception and a large private car par. We are just two minutes walk from town centre and beaches, a three minute walk from the train station and a ten minute drive from Newquay airport. All rooms are en-suite or have private bathrooms which have recently been refurbished. Each room has a colour TV/DVD player, tea & coffee-making facilities, hairdriers and clock radios. You have your own key for access at all times. we can arrange surfing lessons (they will pick you up, arrange for your wet suit, and drop you back to the hotel,) a must experience for a Newquay break, fishing trips can also be arranged. We accept group and team parties (only with PRIOR notice) except in August.Hotel Policies Pets No pets allowed in the hotel Children Children upto and including the age of 5 stay free. Children over the age of 15 are charged as adults. Check In / Check Out You may check in from 11:00 hours onwards. You must check out by 10:00 hours. Cancellations In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 2 day notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged. Payment - We accept American Express Master Card Visa Maestro (Switch) Sorry no pets allowed,credit card is required as guarantee.If booking is not cancelled outside the cancellation notice,the card will be charged the full amout of the booking.A deposit of 20% of the total booking will be taken this is not refunded on cancellation.No SMOKING IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOTEL OR BEDROOMS.Rooms must be departed by 10a.m,although luggage can be stored until a later departure. Reservation Policy;minimum 3night booking for any Bank holiday period.From 23th July-1st September minimum 7 day bookings will be accepted to run sat-sat. 1 night stay only available monday to friday.Early breakfast can be provided on request.
