Archways Guest House is located in the heart of the market
town of Saffron Walden and is conveniently situated for all
local businesses and shops. Just 10 minutes from the M11
motorway, it is ideally suited for an overnight stay for those
travelling on business.
 Saffron
Walden is situated on the south side of the university city of
Cambridge, 20 minutes by road or 15 minutes by rail link from
Audley End mainline station. It is one of the nearest towns to
Stansted Airport and enjoys excellent road and rail
connections to and from Stansted. Archways is so conveniently
located that catching an early flight is no problem.
If you are looking to enjoy a holiday or
short break, Saffron Walden has many interesting and
historical places to visit. From the grass maze on the common
(one of only two in the whole of England) to Audley End House
(once the largest stately home in England) Saffron Walden’s
local history has much to offer.

all our guests we are a non-smoking establishment.
We offer a breakfast menu with seasonal
variations.
We are able to offer some parking on site
together with overnight on-street parking immediately outside
the Guesthouse. Additionally there is a free car park, just a
two-minute walk away, to which we shall be happy to direct
you.
