Passports
If you are a UK National, you will not need a passport when travelling to
Northern Ireland, from England, Wales or Scotland. However, photographic ID is
required, so it's a good idea to take your passport anyway!
If you are not a UK National, on an International Flight or Crossing, you
will need a passport or national identity card. From Europe a Visa is not
normally required. Check with your travel operator BEFORE you travel. Further

Currency
Currency in Northern Ireland is £ UK pounds Sterling. Although you can use
Euro in many shops.
Medical Treatment
UK nationals require no documentation and will receive treatment as they
would at home. Visitors travelling from the EU should obtain an E111 form from
the post office prior to departure. Visitors from all non-EU countries should
take out private medical insurance before leaving home.
