The Adobe Rose Inn is a six room bed and breakfast centrally located in the historic, residential Sam Hughes Neighborhood two blocks east of the University of Arizona and within comfortable walking access to museums, athletic events, theater, music, and other cultural events. The Inn is 1-1/2 mile east of Fourth Avenue’s great nightlife scene and 2 miles east of downtown Tucson. We are within a 20 – 30 minute ride of several local mountain ranges which provide scenic hiking, riding and beautiful natural attractions such as the Arizona Sonoran Desert Museum, Tohono Chul Park, Sabino Canyon, Saguaro National Monument, San Xavier Mission, to name a few. There are numerous great local restaurants located within walking distance or a short 5 minute ride from our inn. Our inn is beautifully decorated in antiques, original works of art, and southwestern décor. Amenities of the inn include a pool, hot tub, wireless internet, and laundry facilities. We also have a garage that can be used to store bikes and related items and facilities available for washing and maintaining bikes. The Inn continually strives to be green. We’ve installed solar tubes, water collection devices, bio-degradable soap and shampoo packaging, and CFL lighting. Staff takes care of house keeping needs. Self-catered meals can be enjoyed in our public areas. Delicious 3 course breakfasts, which can be adapted to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences, are served daily. Each room is appointed with a private bathroom, including resort quality towels and washcloths, hairdryer, queen or king-sized bed, coffee service, desk, robes, ironing board and iron. Some rooms have microwaves, mini-fridges, fireplaces, stained glass windows, antique furniture and original works of art.
